The value for money at this hotel is excellent. It's a great option if you're looking for a couple nights in the city before heading to nearby attractions like HaLong Bay. Complementary coffee in the room and the free airport shuttle were a nice touch. the hotel is centrally located which made it easy to get around. the bed was comfortable and we were able to get a good night's sleep.
The room was small and outdated. the bathroom was in need of renovation with old fixtures and grime in the corners.
